Studio Waraya
Old Industrial Japan is operated by Studio Waraya, a restored 180-year-old Japanese farmhouse in Chiba, Japan.
Studio Waraya serves as a showroom, creative studio, and gathering place where traditional Japanese textiles, crafts, and natural materials are explored through exhibitions, photography, workshops, and made-to-order projects. By working closely with artisans, farmers, and local communities, we preserve the stories behind each material while introducing them to contemporary spaces around the world.
Visit Studio Waraya to learn more about our projects, exhibitions, and custom collaborations.
