All orders are processed and shipped from Japan within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
We primarily ship via DHL Express. If you prefer an alternative shipping method, please contact us before placing your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, your selected shipping method, and the destination.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days for most destinations and up to two weeks depending on customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping
We are happy to accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Before returning an item, please contact us by email and include your order number. We will provide you with return instructions.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund promptly to the original payment method.
