Vintage hand weaved indigo-dyed ramie kimono
$160.00Price
This beautiful kimono was made in the early 20th century in northern Japan.
It was made of hand-weaved indigo-dyed natural ramie textiles called Jyo-fu. The fabric is hand-woven from hand-spun yarns, giving it a very textured appearance. The textile was weaved with Kasuri ikat techniques.
This one has some holes and was repaired by sashiko stitching.
