Vintage sashiko stitched hemp & cotton indigo boro rug
This is a sashiko stitched rug, made of hand-spun natural indigo dyed hemp fabric.

Made in late19th or early20th. In good condition except for a hole and several tiny holes.The stain and damage and the discoloration used for a long time are very cool.

Cotton & hemp.

You can use for a  rug or hang as textile art.
