The textile with the flowers shown here was used in the 13th year of Meiji era (1838), according to the notation on the back. The description indicates that it was probably used for a wedding ceremony.
All of the drawings are handwritten with Tsutsugaki technics, and there are some color fading blotches on the reverse side and a few holes due to age, but overall, I think it has a very nice atmosphere.
This item was found in Nagano Prefecture.
