This is a traditional Japanese shoe called Tabi Shoes.
 
These were worn like socks inside sandals made of woven straw called Waraji.
 
The heel part can be opened and closed with a metal hook.
 
In good condition The stain and damage and the discoloration used for a long time are very cool.
