This beautiful boro textiles were made in mid 20th century in japan.


It made of hand woven indigo kasuri textiles. Kasuri (絣) is a Japanese word for fabric that has been woven with fibers dyed specifically to create patterns and images in the fabric. It is an ikat (resist-dyeing) technique. All hand sewing.


A nice collectors piece, it can be use as jacket.
