Kendo jacket is worn when practicing kendo.

This is made of heavy indigo dyed cotton. It is very strong and thick. It is sashiko stitched, machine sewing, machine repair only.

The stitching gives the jacket a great deal of strength and protection. Moderate used, washed many time, faded. Not fragile.
