This is an indigo-dyed Boro textile made over 100 years ago. It was found in the northern west of Japan.

It has about 2 or 3 layers of a lot of indigo-dyed cotton fragments sewn on top of each other. Everything is embroidered by hand stitching called Sashiko.

It has been washed many times so it has a soft texture.

Material: Cotton 100%

Mesures: 60cm×174cm (23in × 68in)
